Sorry to bother this mailing list with such minor details, but
the computer where I had Lilypond installed seems to be dying, so
I can't fix it myself at the moment.
I noticed that the latest version of the manual (at least the
latest one on the web) didn't have any direct index term for
"Frenched scores" but did have one left over for "Hara kiri".
