Actually, trying to put  #(ly:set-point-and-click 'line-column), doesn't
chance nothing, but with the default paper settings it worked ok without
putting this line, differently from 2.4 version.
To be more precises, I've noticed that in a landscape paper, when you put
the mouse on a note, it doesn't find the link, but if you start to move the
mouse on other random places, it finds the links, but completely displaced.
