More cleaning up the naming of commands. Edit ly/property-init.ly, make
convert-ly rule, add NEWS item, update docs.
(... maybe I should just try to figure out python/convertrules.py myself...)
Rename
showStaffSwitch -> staffSwitchShow
hideStaffSwitch -> staffSwitchHide
(I think that \hideNotes can remain as it is, though)
