Issue 689: Unicode is not rendered properly when using diacritics and ligatures
http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=689

New issue report by v.villenave:
% Related to Issue 541

% Please read the full report at
% http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-lilypond/2008-09/msg00135.html

% The attached example is in Khmer/Cambodian, and uses a special font.

% For example, in the word in the title:
% U+1780 U+17D2 U+179B U+17B6

% U+1780 and U+17B6 form a ligature the has a wider spacing than
% U+1780 alone. This does not seem to be understood by lilypond.

% The ligature of U+17D2 and U+179B should be placed somewhere in the
% middle of the ligature.

% Attached is the font, the .ly sample, the current output and
% what the output should look like.
