Yes, so this is still a bug: we need to be able to have "break graces" together with strict note, proportional spacing. (FWIW, strict-note-spacing is always supposed to accompany proportionalNotation; ie, when we turn on proportionalNotation, we're always supposed to turn on strict-note-spacing, too.)
