It refers to documentation source files... this falls under the "Medium
tasks" on the Help us page -- you'd need to be able to compile the docs.
I think there's better uses for your time/energy (such as issue 989), but
if you're particularly interested in this, we could start training you as
a doc editor.
Thought this was pretty much complete, based on the Wiki, but I'll have
another pass through the Wiki and see if there's anything dangling.
