That's interesting. If I look at an @lilypond in the 2.13 manuals I see
\paper {
indent = 0\mm
line-width = 160\mm - 2.0 * 0.4\in
ragged-right = ##t
force-assignment = #""
line-width = #(- line-width (* mm 3.000000))
}
Why is 0.8 inches subtracted? This already reduces it to 140 mm.
