New issue 1168 by percival.music.ca: website graphical design

A few suggestions came from the recent website test:
- the "squiggle" on the main page is a bit misplaced.
(I agree; it was initally going to be the first in a set of squiggle-ish
alterations to the webpage, but the rest didn't materialize. We should
probably either get rid of the squiggle, or add more squiggles)
- slightly more vertical space between news posts
(sounds decent to me)
Frog: 30min - 10hrs, depending on the amount of graphical design you want
to do. I'm assuming previous knowledge of CSS.
