Comment #2 on issue 1161 by brownian.box: Lyrics is not centered with
CENTER affinity if there is another Lyrics with one of UP or DOWN

And this is what happens in 2.13.20 if i remove the 'next-staff-spacing
setting, too.
It looks bad, lyrics is not centered, is it?
