but we're starting to get into questions of formatting -- use initials?
comma or period before the title? etc.
The ideal thing would be to generate this section from a .bib, but it might
require a bit of work to make our bib->html->texi->html chain to work
properly. (we're doing that for the Essay)
Frog: 5-10 hours. Previous knowledge of python a plus; otherwise, call it
5-15 hours.
