Comment #8 on issue 1203 by percival.music.ca: Page_turn_engraver refuses
to break at R1*12, crams notes and produces blank page in the middle of
score.

Reinhold reports that it works fine in his score "with the
\pageBreak\allowPageTurn commands".
Phil: I don't know how to use them, and I don't care. That's enough for me
to mark this done and move on... if you can't make heads or tails out of
any documentation that we may (or may not) have on this issue, by all means
add a Doc-Medium item about that problem. But this issue isn't about poor
documentation, and the initial reporter (who's also a developer) says that
it's fixed, so that's enough for us as Bug Squad people.
