Once the 11.4 ubuntu release is out, wait a month or two, then create
lilybuntu 3.
- install software such that lilypond can configure with no errors or
warnings. By this time, this might include guile 2 and texinfo 4.14.
- add lily-git.tcl to the home directory (already done in lilybuntu2)
- if we still use reitveld, then consider adding git-cl. Also consider
adding it to lily-git.tcl... or maybe make a separate script for it?
