Reinhold posted a patch on Reitvelt: http://codereview.appspot.com/4129053/
to document the use of -dinclude-settings to specify a file containing
global settings such as paper size, font etc., which can be included fro
the command line.
I have made a few minor tweaks to the wording, revised patch attached.
If satisfactory, would Trevor or James please push?
