I appreciate your trying to verify all the issues as they are fixed.
However, in this case your verification is premature.
Verification must be done on a *GUB (binary)* release, rather than on a
local build from source. In this case, the fix will apply to 2.13.51, and
2.13.51 hasn't been released yet.
