The sample code in breve.ly produces incorrect output both before and after
conversion on 2.13.54 from a gub build yesterday. The B4 version produces
blank bars and the converted version produces ties wholes. Which midi2ly
gives me ~/bin/midi2ly, which is linked ultimately to the one in
~/lilypond/usr/bin.
