Comment #4 on issue 1534 by percival.music.ca: midi2ly does not show \breve

Right now, from this input file:
\score{
{ c'\breve d1 *2 e }
\midi{}
}
I get:
c'1*2 d, e
Is that correct? I really can't tell from the original description. Is
the "not show \breve" a problem, or the intended output?
