I can't think of any similarly-realistic case for /outside-staff/ objects, but the "extra-spacing-width" is introduced in section 4.5.1 of the Learning Manual so I'm thinking of a short example for section 4.5.2.

This is the sort of problem we like to get!

If it weren't a tracked bug, issue 601 would be perfect. I'll probably suggest a version of 601 that doesn't collide, but needs a bit of extra
space for readability.

That sounds perfect.  One day, when all bugs are fixed,
much of the material in the Tweaks section will have
to rely on readability or aesthetic issues for illustrations.
