I agree with comment 5. This is unquestionably wrong. There should never be three quavers beamed together in 3/4 time.
Other references allow beaming 4 quavers together in 3/4, so I think there is disagreement between Gerou and others.
But the references are united in disallowing a beam that breaks in the middle of the measure, which is reserved for 6/8 time (except in special cases).
