Sorry Graham, but this isn't totally ready for review.
This is working and solves some issues with the ancient notation (height of
the hole of breve/longa/maximas, attachment point of the stems...) but the
changes of design need more facsimile measurings.
Maybe Type-Ugly would be better since the only goal of this patch is to
solve ugliness' (and a defect). I let you chose.
I will be able to work a lot on my current patches Monday.
