This is the regression test for issue 176.
It uses 'strict-note-spacing, so the collision is allowed :
"When strict-note-spacing is set, notes are spaced without regard for
clefs, bar lines, and grace notes,"
It was added when single-line scores were right-justified, stretching the
notes very widely, so the overlap was not seen originally.
The test also causes 'programming errors' to be printed, but these are also
allowed; see last few comments on issue 176.
I suggest that the resolution of this issue would be to make the texidoc
explain the condition for passing the test. I tried do to so but could not
understand the original problem. If no-one can, a second resolution could
be to remove this test.
