The original problem (issue 176) caused a seg fault. The fix was to add a
check for the condition and instead issue error messages. We should keep
the regression test, which is fine, as checking for the reappearance of
supposedly-fixed seg faults is important. I've added a better description
of
this to the regression test.
I've also added ragged-right = ##f to avoid the collision of the grace note
in squashed music (which is expected and nothing to do with this test) so
it doesn't
cause this confusion again.
