Bernado Barros reported that, when using make on a Fedora installation, the
buld failed with
relocate.cc:39:22: fatal error: version.hh: No such file or directory
version.hh is created as part of the build, but is not an explicit
dependency of relocate.cc. On a typical Ubuntu system, version.hh is made
before relocate.cc is compiled, when other files are compiled earlier. To
make the compile robust, an explicit dependency of lexer.ll, main.cc,
relocate.cc and warn-scheme.cc on version.hh should be added to
lily/GNUmakefile.
