priority-medium: we decided not to use "priority" any more, but it's a
waste of time to have somebody go through all the items removing the tag.
James is gradually evaluating issues and cleaning them up; other than that,
we'll just do a piecemeal approach of removing any priority tag whenever
somebody mentions it.
if the problem "makes a serious contributor unable to work on lilypond", it
should be Type-Critical rather than Type-defect. I have no clue whether
this qualifies, but if you say it does, I won't argue.
