I just ran a test using the windows binary of LilyPond 2.15.24 and the
python.org python 2.7. I had to move some stuff around because of problems
with absolute paths, and I still don't get a full compile, but it gets
pretty far:

So I think this means that the GUB-built binary is posing at least some of
the problem.
