The ledger line is part of the glyph ("rests.1o").
aargh, I haven't checked. What's more, I even missed that intermediate
ledger lines are missing - now that's really a bug! I think ledger lines
should be drawn just like for note heads; I'll try to find some time in the
near future to look into that.
