after compiling with a higher resolution (660) and looking for examples in the literature - so quickly I could only find one example - I must agree in every point! btw - I don't think more ledger lines should be added to a half or a full (or any) rest - the ledger line probably is just a help to make the distinction. sorry for the noise, I'll mark the issue as invalid!
