I'm simply running "convert-ly test4.ly"
imo this program should pick up the variable LANG and produce the output in
the corresponding language (as it happens when "lilypond.exe" is run)
shall I open a new issue?
I'm closing this issue since convert-ly now produces the required German
text (if we can trust the output quoted in the comment above - and of
course we do)
