There are two identical nodes in LM and NR:
$ cd Documentation
$ git grep '@node The tweak command'
learning/tweaks.itely:@node The tweak command
notation/changing-defaults.itely:@node The tweak command
Due to issue #2266 translated manuals will have a broken link.
Can you change one of the two?
Issue #2266:
In summary, the html link of of @ruser{The tweak command}, present in
tweaks.itely, is translated because in that file there's a
@node/@translationof pair which matches.
Two years ago I spent some time trying to narrow down the problem but I
did not go that far...
