No, `mailutils' stands for the whole bunch of libraries, programs etc., not only for the MH implementation. I'd rather advocate for `gnu-mh', for what it's worth. After all, Mailutils' is the only GNU implementation of MH :) FYI, I will be out of reach until next Wednesday.
