[seq]: seq 0.1 0.1 1 works not as expected.

Hi out there!

$ seq -s' ' 10   # this is as I expect
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
$ seq -s' ' 1 1 10 # this is also as I expect
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
$ seq -s' ' 0 0.1 1 # this seems wrong, as it doesn't include the 1.0
0 0.1 0.2 0.3 0.4 0.5 0.6 0.7 0.8 0.9
