Broken links in GNU Coding Standards document

To whom it may concern,
  The links in the GNU Coding Standards, section 7.1 How Configuration 
Should Work, (online HTML page 
http://www.gnu.org/prep/standards/html_node/Configuration.html ) to 
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/config/config.sub and 
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/config/config.guess do not work, I get a FTP Error 
550 Failed to change directory.
