Google does not support this.  They even stopped their OpenPGP
implementation when they apparently decided that this might have a
larger impact on their business model than they originally assumed.

BTW:

  $ gpg-wks-client --supported gnu.org
  gpg-wks-client: provider for 'f...@gnu.org' does NOT support the Web Key 
Directory

but

  $ gpg-wks-client --supported -v kernel.org
  gpg-wks-client: provider for 'f...@kernel.org' supports WKS
