"--vi-keys" emulates Less, which also doesn't let you move the cursor.

Why do you need to move the cursor?  The only reason I can think of is
to get to a menu item or a cross-reference.  But this can be done by,
e.g., pressing TAB, or other related keys (press `h' to see them all).
