It's interpreted by the info program itself, replacing [quit-help] with
the actual key bound to quit-help. This is necessary since there's a
new feature where info keys can be rebound (thanks to Andrew Bettison).
So, I would guess that the proper translation would be
msgstr " %-10[quit-help] Napusti ovu pomo�.\n"
(Well, I don't understand the \\ vs. ` ' thing.)
