Sec 3.4.6 of the manual

   Hello,
   Section 3.4.6 "The @headings Command of for GNU Texinfo 
4.11/29.7.2007 is  not clear in the meaning of "@headings on".

   On the one side it says "The two commands, @headings on and 
@headings double, are synonimous."
   On the other side some lines later is said that "@headings on can 
act as @headings single".

   I mean the manual is not clear if @headings on and @headings double 
are the same thing.
