I had a look at the ./install-info/tests/ii-0002-test.
1. The mktemp invocation is wrong as per FreeBSD syntax, it should be corrected
as follows:
ORIG: outputdirfile=`mktemp`
NEW: outputdirfile=`mktemp XXXXXX`
2. What does ${install_info} want to do? Overwrite what was already copied,
append, etc?
