As before, just fixing bugs of various sorts, no new features (since the last pretest) to speak of. Also as before, please send any feedback here, to bug-texinfo. If this version goes ok, I'll make one more pretest with wider announcements before the real release. (I still want to make some updates in the manual, but have no other changes in the works.)
