Sorry, but this very file belongs to the *po_document* folder (not *po*) 
and is not registered on the FTP. It is a reminiscence of texi2html.

I only find texinfo-4.13.92.pot (living in po/) on the FTP,
but not texinfo_document.pot (living in po_document/).
