Thank you for your interest. First, get the name of the project right. It is "Texinfo", not "Textinfo". To join the team all you have to do is produce code that the existing team likes and which we can agree to use. You would also need to assign copyright for your work on Texinfo to the Free Software Foundation (I can arrange this with you if you agree.) Do you have ideas for what parts of Texinfo you would like to work on?
