It is an internal detail of the implementation of Texinfo.  I don't see
why we need to write documentation on it.  It's likely that distributors
wouldn't look at documentation of Texinfo internals unless there was a
problem.

On one occasion, a distribution felt at liberty to remove files that
Texinfo installed, with the expectation that it wouldn't break anything:

We resolved that issue on that occasion, but the question is where we
would put such documentation in a place that distributors were likely
to look at it.

So far, there has not been a problem, as far as am aware.  It seems like
Eli is just asking how the (private) dynamic libraries work with Texinfo.
