Thanks, I've tried to apply this patch carefully so that the CRLF line endings were not lost. (I needed to run "git diff | cat -v" as the "less" pager seems to hide the ^M at end of line with whatever options git runs it with.) I had to make a minor change to the Makefile.am so that the new files would go into the tar distribution file.
