I got this type of message gmake[2]: Entering directory `/proj/wdtolda/warrend/gnusrc/textutils-2.0/textutils-2.0_sun5.8/po' /proj/wdt/sun5.8/bin/msgfmt -o el.mo ../../textutils-2.0/po/el.po ../../textutils-2.0/po/el.po:1136: invalid multibyte sequence for these files el.mo ko.mo zh.m zh.mo Not sure if the source is really bad or I have a problem elsewhere. The sun /usr/bin/msgfmt doesn'y complain but the gnu version does.
