That is so funny. Because I do almost the exact same clicks. When you start at this one: http://www.gnu.org/ you see the main page, which shows this line of links: The Free Software Directory | GNU Software | GNU Projects | Licenses | Developer Resources Apparently, you always click "GNU Software," but I always click "The Free Software Directory." http://www.gnu.org/directory/index.html Once I go there, I always choose "All packages" http://www.gnu.org/directory/listing.html and then scroll down the page and click "textutils" http://www.gnu.org/directory/textutils.html and then the "Web Page" link. I guess you fixed that one, though I'm getting confused now :) Best I go eat some dinner.
