What's the point of a tar that needs online access? Ishtar:tools/wget2/wget2> ./bootstrap ./bootstrap: Bootstrapping from checked-out wget2 sources... ./bootstrap: getting gnulib files... fatal: Not a git repository (or any parent up to mount point /home) Stopping at filesystem boundary (GIT_DISCOVERY_ACROSS_FILESYSTEM not set). ---- Looks like wget2 is "infected" with the gnulib virus. I've seen it in other projects -- seems to take up alot of resources and tries to spread itself. Hmmmm....this is not very easy to build... (sigh).
