That is what comes out of the box in the latest debian/ubutu that ship version 4.9.1-3. Previous version, 4.9.1-2+b1, has correct anti-alias in menus, and they do not collapse if the mouse is not pressed. Do you think this is exclusively a debian/ubuntu issue ?
