The pdf is there but in debian/rules cdbs runs make clean which removes the pdf so if I build it twice in a row it fails. At least with disable-doc I can build it the first time. --enable-doc still blows up. :-( Well, that is good, at least it builds from source. We can get the docs through another method but it would be ideal if --enable-doc worked.
