Apache/Win32 won't compile within cygwin

  Jan, I'm afraid not alot of attention has been paid to building under the
  cygwin environment for a cygwin target.  But far less attention is paid 
  to building the Win32 target under cygwin!

  I'm afraid these sorts of errors aren't all that unusual in 'mixed mode'
  cygwin.  I do suggest you try the gcc toolchain if you are a cygwin fan,
  and use the traditional unix ./configure and gnu make instead of attempting
  to build with MS tools underneath cygwin.
