http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=20448 Documentation installs in an unuseable state. ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-06-03 21:05 ------- > As already said - that is not true. >> Can you explain to me how I can view the installed HTML documentation >> without >> serving it thru the Apache web server? As far as I can see there's no way >> to >> do that. Andr meant that there are valuable alternatives, e.g. the CHM files and hopefully in the near future also PDF files. Another alternative which is always up-to-date and very well-connected is http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/ You mentioned that you tried the Windows search dialog; did you also try to search only for *.html.en files which contain the searched term? Isn't this possible with Windows? Hmmm, I really don't see a point in reporting this as a major bug. Perhaps an enhancement but not a bug. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
