http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=14250 Alternate UserDirs don't work intermittantly [EMAIL PROTECTED] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Version|1.3.27 |1.3.29 ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-12-21 14:31 ------- Open files: [EMAIL PROTECTED]:pts/1(10) pfiles `cat /phil/var/apache/httpd.pid` | wc -l 97 That doesn't seem too much. It *is* Solaris 7, but uid lookup doesn't seem to be the problem. I verified proper NFS automounting, and it works flawlessly. I also dug into Apache's UserDir code, added some debugging hooks - only to find out that the file system interaction *was* succesful. Yet still, pages containing a lot of embedded stuff that are referenced using the "~user" construct, fail to load properly - in unpredictable ways. This hasn't changed from 1.3.27 to the current version (1.3.29). --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
