http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=29173 Sesion object problem using weblogic.conf and weblogic 8.1.2 Summary: Sesion object problem using weblogic.conf and weblogic 8.1.2 Product: Apache httpd-2.0 Version: 2.0.49 Platform: All OS/Version: Windows NT/2K Status: NEW Severity: Blocker Priority: Other Component: Other Modules AssignedTo: [email protected] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Hi I am using Apache plugin with WebLogic 8.1 sp 2. Apache has been configured to use conf/weblogic.conf to forward requests to WLS61 or WLS81. With the application deployed under WLS81 and the forwarding information is in the weblogic.conf. When the user has logged on correctly and clicks a button that requests database information he is taken back to the logon page. I have been told by the developer that this is the result of the application testing whether the user has logged on correctly before displaying database information. If the forwarding information is left in the httpd.conf as if one application is being forwarded it works. IF the application is delployed under WLS61 and the same weblogic.conf file is used, the application works fine. The problem only occurs only when the Apache plugin is configured to obtain forwarding rules to WebLogicServer8.1 from the file conf/weblogic.conf. This may well be a weblogic issue, but any assistance will be great.
